Who We Are

Greater Gaithersburg Youth Ministry (G.G.Y.M.) is a Christ-centered movement dedicated to middle and high school students in the Greater Gaithersburg community. We believe that young people are not only the future of the church but also its present. Our goal is to empower students to live authentic, Christ-led lives while building meaningful relationships that last.

Our mission is simple and powerful:
To build Christ-centered, personal, and meaningful relationships with middle and high school students in the Greater Gaithersburg community.
We walk alongside students through the highs and lows of life, pointing them to Jesus as their constant source of hope and strength.

We envision a community where students can bring the worries of their world to Christ and find freedom, joy, and authenticity. G.G.Y.M. is a safe space where faith and life connect, helping students discover who they are in Christ and how to live with purpose.

The Who

G.G.Y.M. is designed for students in grades 6 through 12. The best part is that you do not need to be a member of any church or youth group to join us. Our doors are open to every student in our community, no matter where they come from. Whether you are just beginning to ask questions about faith or you have been walking with Christ for years, you are welcome here.
